We manage and administer the Leverhulme property (our "services"). This Privacy Notice applies to:

  • Applicants – an individual who is applying for a job with us.
  • Tenants – an individual or representative from an organisation that rents Trust property.
  • Property Visitor –an individual who visits our Property.
  • Suppliers – business contacts in our supplier organisations.
  • Visitors to our Website. 

What is Personal Information, and which Personal Information do we collect about you?

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice "Personal Information" consists of any information that relates to you and/or information from which you can be identified, directly or indirectly. When we combine other information (i.e. information that does not, on its own, identify you) with Personal Information, we treat the combined information as Personal Information.

Depending among others on the type of service we provide to you, we may collect various types of personal data about you,  which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Website user data – includes Google analytics data reported on website users. Personal data may also be sent to us if you provide this to us using the Contact Us page (such as your email address).
  • Identity and Contact Data includes first name, last name and title, address, email address, telephone number.
  • Financial Data includes bank account details and other financial information about you.
  • Tenant Data includes details of the rental property, rent collection and details of your employer (if applicable).
  • Services Data includes information about how you use our services, details of which services you have received from us, our correspondence and communications with you and information about any complaints or enquiries you make to us.
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, usage session dates and duration, page views, how you use our website, the type of browser used while visiting our website and the numbers of users who visit our website.

How is your Personal Information collected?

We use different methods to collect data from and about you. We collect personal information directly when you correspond with you such as regarding a job opportunity, as a prospective tenant, or as a visitor to our property. We also use third-party data such as from a former employer, LinkedIn, Land Registry, or Companies House.

When you interact with our Website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this Personal Information by using cookies and other similar technologies, and our analytics providers.

How do we use your information?

We will only use your Personal Information when the law allows us to do so. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Information in the following circumstances:
